Kyle S. Jobin, CFP®, AIF®

Jobin Financial 

Kyle's career as a financial planner began over 15 years ago when he joined his father's financial firm. His father retired in 2009 giving Kyle full responsibility for the company's operations. Due to the depth of the recession, this made for an especially difficult financial period. Despite these challenges, his firm and it's clients prospered. His skills and experience during this period have made him successful in helping Jobin Financial clients set strategic goals and achieve them. Now that Kyle has a family of his own, he is putting into practice the very thing he teaches.

Kyle is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM CFP®, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary AIF® and a licensed Life, Health, Disability and Long-Term Care insurance agent who also holds a Series 7 and Series 63 Securities License.




Kristine E. Howell, CFP®, AIF®

Vice President

Kristine Howell is a third generation financial planner who began her career at just 18 years old selling life insurance. Her personal story spans decades beginning as a child watching her father manage his client's investments and meeting with them at the dining room table. His compassion and understanding of each and every client has set the tone of the Jobin Financial team. Kristine's background includes working with securities, insurance products, Long Term Health Care, and her position as a Vice President at Citibank has positioned her well over the years. Taking the reins of Marshall Financial Services in 2003, Kristine has built a successful business expanding and growing. In 2019, Kristine sold the business to Kyle Jobin to become Jobin Financial. Kristine continues to work in the firm to support her clients and to ensure a smooth transition. Much like her father's legacy, each and every client continues to remain a priority.



Justin Russo, AIF®

Investment Advisor

Justin came to Jobin Financial Services in the spring of 2019. He graduated Cum Laude from Albion College in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management. Prior to joining our team, he gained valuable experience working in the financial services industry at Chase Bank, Michigan Schools & Government Credit Union, Raymond James, and MassMutual. His firsthand experiences, thirst for knowledge, and desire to help others ultimately drove him to become a financial planner. Justin is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary AIF® and a licensed Life, Health, Disability and Long-Term Care insurance agent who also holds a FINRA Series 7 and FINRA Series 66 Securities License. He is currently working on obtaining his CFP® designation. 
Justin married his wife, Kindra, in 2016. He and Kindra enjoy traveling, hiking, exercising, and sipping Michigan craft beer and wine. During his free time, Justin volunteers as Board President of Life Skills Center Inc., a Special Needs Nonprofit located in Mount Clemens, MI. Justin is also an accomplished golfer who is highly sought after for golf outings. 


Marjorie Monahan 

Office Manager & Licensed Sales Associate

Marj (as everyone calls her) joined our practice in 1996.  As the office manager, sales assistant, and our right hand gal she represents the practice with grace and compassion and has developed close relationships with many of our clients.  Everyone “loves” Marj. 

Marj's ability to make our clients feel comfortable is worth its weight in gold.

Marj holds her Series 6 and 63 Security Licenses, Life and variable annuities License, Associate Degree in General Studies, and Certified para planner from the College of Financial Planning.

Marj enjoys running, reading, camping, and traveling to California to visit with her 2 children.


Barbara Miko 

Office Assistant

Barbara joined the staff in 2007, and came to us with 23 years of banking experience.  She understands the financial world and has a speciality in stock transfer and retirement savings. 

Outside of the office, Barb fills her time with camping, hiking, gardening, and cooking.







Jessica Johnson 

Administrative Assistant

Jessie started working with us in 2001 as part of a work-study program. She came in after school for a few hours to do data input, filing, and other office functions.  5 years later Jessie started working part time in the banking industry where she moved up the corporate ladder to become the Operations Manager at a local Credit Union while also continuing the role of a  full-time college student. Jessie now holds both a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management through the University of Phoenix where she graduated with honors in the 20th percentile of her class. 

Jessie returned to us six years ago and looks forward to continuing the education path by working to obtain her securities licenses. Her bright and happy face lights up the room and makes her a wonderful addition to our team.
